Floristry shaped by training, travel, and exacting venues.
Pascal first became a florist in 1986, working closely together with Anouska Hempel, one of the world's most renowned designers. In 1991 he formed Pascal Lavorel Flowers, which became Pascal Lavorel Limited in 2002.
Training with the Red Carnation Hotel Group in the United States, under the direction of Mrs Beatrice and Mrs Antoinette Tollman, helped shape the studio's standards for luxury hospitality, interiors, and detail.
The team has prepared floral arrangements for private and corporate accounts, luxury hotels, restaurants, retailers, galleries, and events for up to 300 guests, always gathering as much information as possible before sketches, sourcing, and installation.

Picture the beauty of fresh flowers, then imagine those blooms lasting for months, even years, in the same stunning display. Natural preserved flowers and foliage keep their healthy appearance over a long period and remain delicately close to freshly cut flowers.
Clients choose preserved flowers for homes, restaurants, hotels, offices, keepsakes, and wedding bouquets. Imagine arriving home, or at work, week after week, to see a centrepiece of hydrangeas and gardenias or a bouquet of roses looking as good as the day it was bought.
They are relatively maintenance-free: keep them out of direct sunlight, avoid watering, and dust gently with a tissue or a cool hair dryer on minimum speed.

Flower workshop
Learn professional technique
The Pascal Lavorel Flower Workshop is for people with intuitive flair and people with a great desire to learn. The workshop is limited to a maximum of eight people or can be organised as a private booking.
The day runs from 9.30 am to 4.30 pm, with materials and equipment supplied. Students learn how plants and flowers work together, professional floral design techniques, and how to introduce different materials into a composition.
Students are encouraged to bring a camera to record each stage and can take their creations home at the end of the workshop.
